BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEMS OVERVIEW

Building automation is the automatic centralized control of our school building heating, ventilation and, where applicable, air conditioning through a Building Automation System (BAS). BAS is made up of electronic devices designed to monitor and control the mechanical and ventilation systems throughout the school buildings reducing energy use and maintenance costs compared to a non-controlled building.
